Monthly Evening Meditation
Your 5AM starts the night before.
An evening ritual for better mornings.
PM FOR AM is a guided Sunday evening ritual designed to help you slow down, close out the week, and intentionally prepare for the morning ahead.
Because waking up early isn’t only about setting an alarm. It’s about what happens before you go to sleep — how you wind down, what you prepare, what you leave behind from the day, and what you choose to wake up to.
Together, we’ll create a simple evening rhythm that makes the morning feel lighter: gentle breathwork, guided meditation, reflection, and a few intentional steps to set yourself up for tomorrow — from putting your phone away and preparing your space to choosing your morning intention and deciding what your first moments of the day will look like.
Think of it as preparing the version of you who wakes up tomorrow.
No perfect routine required. No pressure to be productive. Just a quiet transition out of the day so you can go to bed feeling settled, prepared, and ready to rise.
We’ll move through:
a guided wind-down + breathwork
a short evening meditation
one reflection to close the day
preparing your space for the morning
setting one intention for tomorrow
choosing your first few morning actions
a simple “PM for AM” ritual you can repeat throughout the week
Come sleepy. Come in pajamas. Bring your journal, tea, and blanket.
Better mornings begin before morning.
PM FOR AM is a community-supported evening ritual by 5AM Club.
